Services for External Asset Managers

Liberty supports partners who professionally advise or manage third-party assets, and pension assets in particular, by providing central administration (back-office) and foundation services. Asset managers may choose their custodian and account-holding bank from the list of Liberty’s partner banks.

As an asset manager, you need to be free to focus on your clients and ensure that they are properly looked after; you also need to ensure that the investment strategy is defined and duly implemented in accordance with BVV3/OPP2 guidelines. As the asset manager, you bear the responsibility for the performance of the client’s portfolio.

As your partner, we do our utmost to help you take the best possible care of your clients. To ensure personal and individual service, Liberty has designated an account manager to act as your central contact. He will be responsible for your accounts, transactions and contracts, as well as for compliance aspects (e.g. monitoring BVV3/OPP2 guidelines) and all benefits-related issues.
